Our friends over at Lyme have been busy building the new trails and it’s all going really well. Graham Clark from the National Trust says:
“…a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who has come along to one of the ‘dig days’. The trail is looking really good, and the next couple of dig days will move the trail across the more open hillside.”
The next dig days are this Sunday 28th April and Sunday May 26th. If you want to get involved, email Graham Clark from the National Trust. To receive further info via email sign up via this link.
Lyme will be opening up two of the trails where cycling is usually not allowed from the start of May until the end of September. These special access arrangements have worked very well in previous years, and we hope it will lead to even more access for mountain bikers in this corner of the Peak District. Watch out for posters detailing the access arrangements on the Lyme estate.
If you have any questions regarding cycling developments at Lyme, please contact Graham Clark.
