Peak District MTB Awards and AGM 2022 – enter now

Get your best photo, best video and best event nominations in!

It’s our AGM on November 30th, which means it’s time once more for our annual Peak District MTB Awards. Please send your best photo or video and nominations for best event to info@peakdistrictmtb.org to be in with a chance of winning some prizes.

We love the Peak District and we know you do too. Our Awards are a great chance to showcase the amazing mountain biking we have in the Peak, and the people who give up time and energy to make it a special place.

Winners will be voted on at our AGM, but you can’t win if you don’t enter. With some prizes up for grabs, it’s well worth giving it a go.

So what are the categories you can go for?

Best Photo

Landscapes in the Peak District are some of the most stunning you’ll ever see. We know. We all ride in them. Got a photo of your Peak District ride? Enter it and you might well win best photo award. Some basic rules on this one

  • it must be in the Peak District
  • it must be on legit rights of way
  • it must include a bike

Best Video

Same rules apply, must be Peak related, on legit rights of way and include a bike. Other than that we’d love to see funny, exciting, dramatic, crazy, happy, sad, awe-inspiring, silly, whatever you’ve got.

Best Event

Done a great MTB event in the Peak District or further afield? Made memories that will last forever? Nominate the event for our 2022 Best Peak District MTB event award. The event must be related to mountain biking and – ideally – be in or near to the Peak District.

So how do you enter?

Simply email your entry to info@peakdistrictmtb.org with the subject AGM photo, AGM video or AGM event before Sunday 27th November, and you’re in! You can also submit your nominations on our Facebook Group Page.

Advocate of the Year

This is a special award and as such, is picked by the committee. We’ll shortlist and vote for who we believe has gone above and beyond in promoting or supporting MTB advocacy in the Peak District. Could it be you?

When is the AGM?

Wednesday November 30th. If you’re a signed-up member of Peak District MTB  you should already have had an email with details of time and venue, and we’ll send out reminders in the next couple of weeks. If you’ve not had an email, check your spam or get in touch so we can make sure you’re on the mailing list. If you’re not yet a signed-up member, click here
